I want to express our delight in the ministry that Lightcast is providing for our homebound members. Currently we have 5 using the phone system to join our services each week. It has been very easy for them to use and they are able to hear everything that goes on. Some even report on hearing familiar voices of friends during our welcome time, making them feel like they are right there with us. This ministry has been one of the best monetary investments we have ever made in the lives of our members.
Thank you for you help and support in this new ministry for us.

On top of that, we had them install it as a two-way system so our mission teams could call in during the service and give us a live report from the field. We went on-line with Lightcast in October, and it has been wonderful. We have titled the ministry that is responsible for this product our "Connections" ministry, and we have been able to "connect" seven people (5 units) who previously were unable to be a part of our services here at Unity. On our first Sunday on-line, one of our "Connections" partners invited a friend over to listen to the service with her. The lady came and listened and through this ministry, we learned that she is not a Christian. We have begun witnessing to her and hope to see her come to faith in Christ in the near future. The Lightcast product has given us a new avenue through which we can reach people and connect them with the church, and with our Lord. We currently have people listening who live as close as four miles to the church, and one couple who lives three hundred fifty miles away. Without the ability to have a live radio or television broadcast, Lightcast gives us the means to "connect" people who aren't able to attend our worship services. We recently opened up our ports for revival services and had several listening each night. I highly recommend the Lightcast product. Good job, Guys!
